By downloading or using the WalkReport application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use WalkReport on Apple-branded iOS devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
You are solely responsible for the property inspection data, photographs, video recordings, and notes you capture and export using the App. WalkReport acts strictly as a local productivity tool and does not verify or assume responsibility for the legal accuracy or evidentiary standing of the generated condition reports.
The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While WalkReport strives to provide reliable offline GPS coordinate stamping and A4 PDF formatting, no warranties are made regarding accuracy or fitness for specific legal proceedings without independent verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
